FERNANDEZ Family....

It's a family tradition to have a yearly reunion on Dec. 24 - a legacy left by our beloved Lolo Zario. I know he's happy to see us altogether as one family...Tito Dennis came home for a short vacation from Dubai just to spend the holiday with us (it's been 10 years since he's present in Christmas Reunion). Lala and Len were also here (OFW from Singapore)...Tito Boboy came with his two sons - Biboy and Bojie (they're still kids the last time we saw them)....It's a happy moment with my cousins, titas and titos, nieces....but it's the happiest moment to the most phogographed woman that night, "My Lola Luz."

RCBC Cainta Reunion...

Good to see my former colleagues, to wit:
1) James - a proud dad to Ivan (getting bigger)
2) Reggie - slim & snow white ever...
3) Romy - OFW from Qatar looks younger
4) Gwen - cool mom w/ 3 kids
5) Chit - looks younger and sophisticated ever...
6) Lanie - my grouchy ninang with her full smile?

We had dinner at Don Henrico's and coffee at Figaro....It's reminiscing time - our old, happy days at Cainta branch...We miss the others - Joyce, Che, Jerry, Joseph, Ma'am Del, Boss Sonny, Arnold and Robert...hope to see you all "complete," next Christmas!!!

Per Decade X'mas Party!!!

Dec. 19, Contact Center Christmas Party...It's a battle of each decade (50's, 60's, 70's & 80's) And our group "Seventies" garnered the first prize in the presentation. Meech, Jen, and Me danced with the dashing Marius, in the music of "El Bimbo." You could see how colorful and well-coordinated our get-up....We made it!!! We also have Teng in our group but she just joined the Jingle Bells singing contest- we got the 2nd place...

My TITO DENNIS....

If there's one person who loves me so much, it's my Tito Dennis - a brilliant fashion designer based in Dubai.

I remember one humorous tale about us, it happened long time ago....My Tito bought me a long sleeve, white blouse with a wool vest and skirt at Cinderella...because he always wanted the best for his one and only niece. On Christmas day, I felt faint inside the church because of my warm and three-piece, woolen outfit....

And my Tito never fails to greet me every year, on my birthday...so lucky to have him!

Happy Birthday ONG!!!

Through the years, they've been my friends...You would notice the changes in our built and apperance. Well, so blessed to have loyal friends and one of them is Arnold Juanata - "Ong." How would I forget his all-out support when I played the role as "Reyna Jezabel," during our cenakulo days. He had borrowed gowns from his gay friends, just to dress me up. Ong and Beteng we're like my managers, way back then.....THOSE WERE THE DAYS......

Pretty, young bride - ROCHELLE

She's my very first my "inaanak." At first, I declined her but she's the daughter of my first cousin "Kuya Ronnie," so I can't say no to her tatay. Anyway, she's beautiful and so proud to be her Ninang...

My Sunny Room...

That's one corner of my room - very colorful just like my life! Photos of me and my friends are artistically framed to accentuate my sunny room.

So every morning as I open my eyes, I could see the faces of my wonderful friends.

It's true, "Seeds of friendship would bring flowers of joy."

My BLOG isn't earning....

Some of my friends have been asking me about my blog. Well, it's not earning but I'm enjoying it. It's been an effective stress reducer. I'm not a TV person because I hate commercials. When I'm in the mood, I'd rather read, text or blog...

Blogging seems to be the answer to my frustration of becoming a writer.
